H.E. Mr. Gabriel Pandureni Sinimbo, High Commissioner of Namibia to India with accreditation to Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka
H.E. Mr. Gabriel Pandureni Sinimbo is a seasoned professional from Namibia with extensive experience in both public administration and in the commercial sector. Gabriel has developed a broad skills-set in leadership, governance and business management. Currently serving as Namibia High Commissioner to India and accredited to Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka since February 2019.
Prior to the diplomatic career, Gabriel served as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development (2015–2018) and as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Youth, National Service, Sport and Culture during 2014–2015. Was the founding Chief Regional Officer of the Kavango West Region and the key architect for the creation of the Kavango West and Kavango East Regions.
In the Private Sector, in particular; Telecom Namibia, he held various managerial positions. He is a qualified telecommunications Electrician and Technician.
Gabriel holds an Electrical Training Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Master of International Businessfrom Namibia University of Science and Technology and an Honours Degree in Public Administration from the University of Stellenbosch.
