New Delhi: External Affairs Minister of India, H.E. Dr. S. Jaishankar visited Tajikistan on 13-14 July at the invitation of Foreign Minister H.E. Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin to take part in the meeting of the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers. The meeting discussed the achievements of the organization as it celebrates the 20th Anniversary of its formation in this year. It also assess the preparation for the upcoming SCO Council of Heads of States on 16-17 September 2021 in Dushanbe and exchange views on current international and regional issues.
External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar also participated in the SCO Contact Group on Afghanistan that meets on 14 July 2021 with the participation of the Afghanistan Government.
